This is an upscale coffeebar worth driving all the way to North Kansas City for. You know how at places like Starbucks and major coffee chains, it's all about getting your drink in under 45 seconds, and there are multiple baristas running around like chickens with their heads cut off in a pretty tight space behind the counter? Well, at this place (where mostly regulars spend time), the baristas are highly (I mean highly) talented at the art of making espresso drinks. The regulars don't mind waiting two minutes for their well sculpted drink and the baristas display their foam flare with consistency. Check it out.
